We offer a range of Personal Training options to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer a mobile service and can train you in any location you choose, at home, at the office or in the park. We can fit into your busy schedule on days and times that suit you.
Prices start from just £25 for 121 sessions, £40 for joint/small group sessions- discounts available for booking and paying for a block of sessions in advance.
We complete a through fitness and lifestyle assessment and review your goals before designing you a tailored individual program to help you achieve your goals. We constantly review your progress and update your program to ensure you are always progressing. Every one of our programs is designed for the individual only, we have no off-the-shelf programs, every person is different and so are our programs.
Did you know most PT’s in Gyms have top pay a very high rent or meet sales targets every month? This can mean you are pressured to sign up for more sessions or they have too many clients to give everyone a personal program. By working outside of gyms we avoid the need to pay rental and have no pressure to sell more sessions than a client may need, this helps keep our prices low and ensures you get individual attention.

Small Group Training
Want to train with a friend? We offer small group sessions for 2-4 people, share the fun spread the cost. These sessions can be tailored to whatever your want to do or achieve, cardio, HIIT, weights, Kettlebells etc
Training for an event or particular sport. We can design a program that maximises your performance and targets the areas you really use. For example you can improve your golf swing by targeting the core and shoulders or improve your football with agility and speed training.
Special Event Programs
We don’t believe in crash diets, fasting, faddy health foods or programs that promise you a 6 pack in 6 weeks but sometimes with that special event coming up you may feel the need to drop a bit of weight or tone up. Obesity and Diabetes Management
Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes are 2 of the biggest challenges to the health of people in the UK today.
